shocking service

Ella Bass, most unhelpful person at DotCom Africa. She sends us a "Final Notice" for payment on the 10th of November when on the 14th of June we requested invoice and never received anything. I have called multiple times and everyday i get the same thing, they take my number and Ella never get back to me. Not once in 5 months has anyone ever contacted us about payment. I need to ask her a simple question about who's email do customers information get sent to when they send a request and i simply cannot get that information out of anyone at DotcOM. In 5 months i have not gotten a single customer from their "marketing".

"Advertising that will make a real difference to your business." and this is written on their website. Stay far away. I assume all the positive reviews are from the people that work at DotCom because i have not experienced good service in the slightest, i assume because i have a small business and they have bigger businesses to deal with.
