I cancelled our term last year when they were ******ing money from me after we had to fill in documents just to get a quote. They just send me an account statement and demanded payment. I asked them to cancel after term and these were their replies: Good day I will pay this as soon as possible. Please cancel our subscription after the term is done, we will not renew as this was done when I had not yet confirmed if we would be advertising with you. Very poor manner of doing business if you ask me. The sales agent just presumed that we would take the spot and went further with the process. I’m not happy. I also told the sales agent that we would be moving premises so now the add will be useless as our address will still change that is why I wanted to stall the process and you all just followed your own mind. So what will be done once we move? Will the address still stay the same, or will we be able to change it? Please let me know what will happen before I pay. Have a good day.

Ella never did assist me and did not add the POP to the email. WOW really terrible service.

Don't associate with this company. They do this to a lot of their customers as you will see on their other reviews.
