DOTCOM *******

Dotcom engaged me last year for a meeting which I sent a staff member to attend. I clearly stated I would give them a 3 month trial as most marketing companies cannot live up to the promises made. The meeting was done in September/October where I was told they would send me advertising to proof and once I was happy we could go ahead. I was told they are so good that I would be overflowing with work in November and be able to close for a holiday in December. Well November came and went and not a peep from DOTCOM. I then sent an email stating I do not want to deal with their company and cannot have business with *********** staff. DOTCOM then sent me an invoice for services which were not rendered and when questioned about the invoice they said they would sort it out and never ever got back to me,, Yesterday 24 Otober 2022 1 year later I get an email demanding an amount of R10 000.00 to be paid to them for who knows what. Again I rep**** and asked DOTCOM to sort this out and rectify as they have never rendered any services to me or provided me with any material ect. To date DOTCOM staff and their so called attorney have not responded to my emal. DOTCOM is a ******* I would never advise anyone to use them as their service from staff is very poor. They said and promised the world in the meeting and could not even do any type of artwork to begin with. This was before the contract even begun
