Dotcom Disappointing service

This company is very misleading, they promise so much but deliver very little. When it comes to payments they use bullying tactic. I got an email from their lawyers on, 20 October 2022 12:45 demanding payment when Dotcom never sent me any invoice at all. I phoned the lawyers to ask what was going on , they took my number and said someone would get back to me , they never did. I contacted them several times and it was the same. The next time I heard from them was on 6 Feb 2023. Very disappointing service.
