I signed up for 1 year’s advertising package but they NEVER made me aware that it will “AUTO RENEW” the following year if I don’t send cancellation at least 3 months before the 12 month period. They then send me an invoice to pay for the second year and then threaten with legal action when I tried to say I was not made aware of this 3 months before the end of the initial period. Got no new business or traffic to our website.
