<p>Doss Services provided a certificate of compliance for a house we just bought on the Atlantic Seaboard. When we moved in, circuit breakers immediately started tripping 2-3x per day. Two independent electricians inspected, and found at least a dozen obvious areas of non-compliance. Doss insisted that there were no flaws in their report (despite plenty pf evidence to the contrary) and simultaneously offered to come and fix the non-compliant elements. Illogical and shady. We have banished them from our property. The Seller is paying for the remediation, rather than fighting us on reversal of the contract. Do not let Doss Services darken your doorway (pun intended) </p>
