Electrickery

<p>It is surprising that the other two reviews of DOSS have awarded them two stars. They do not deserve even one. Our experience with them matches those of the other two. They have no quality control procedures at all; have never heard of ISO 2000. They came around, assessed what had to be done , gave a quote which we accepted and then sent a few non-electricians to do the work. The house did not sell and a year later we had cause to call in our usual electrician. In the course of his work he found DOSS had left part of what they did non-compliant. DOSS came and inspected, blamed the non-compliance on our blameless electrician, who had not done anything on that circuit at all, and departed. They refuse to fix the situation and I will now have to resort to the Small Claims court for relief. Avoid using them, or if you must, then get the completed work inspected by an independent person and DO NOT PAY until you have confirmation that all is in order. You have been warned.</p>
