dash unprofessional service

i placed an order on the dash app, two weeks ago, when it came time to delivery, they sent me several emails stating there is no delivery address as well as contact details...i found this to strange as all my information is on the app. when all the details were eventually sorted out, i didn't recieve the takkies i ordered and they said they will be delivered later. Yesterday i received a msg from ram stating that the last parcel will be delivered at a later stage, now i received a msg stating that the takkies are being returned back cos they couldn't deliver. i dont understand how part of the items arrived but not the takkies cant be delivered. it was my first time using dash and its been a nightmare and such an unprofessional experience , i am extremely disappointed with the entire experience, i dont want a refund, i want the item i ordered.
