Dors water, very bad customer service as well as bad Products
We bought insulated sipi cups from a company called Dors water. We got them as a Christmas gift and we were happy with the product and everyone loved them. A month later January 2026 after purchasing one of the cups handle broke off due to poor quality and we spoke to one of the sales ladies and she was a bit hesitant on replacing as we had names engraved on the cups and she said that because we had names on the cups we would either have to pay for a new one or get a plain cup, we opted for the plain cup and was told it would be delivered in a week. Come July the 27th 2026 we still don't have our replacement cup and are being ignored completely. I would highly recommend you do not buy a Dors sipi cup. I'll leave the website link down below.
