Unprofessional and disrespectful conduct

I was contacted by Shamira Phaulal who indicated she was interested in marketing my flat that was for sale. After a week of communication a date and time was confirmed to view the flat. An hour after the agreed time I followed up to find out if Shamira was still coming through to view the flat and only then was advised that some agent drove past the flat and felt it was not worthy to market. No regard for the arrangements made and inconvenience caused as a result of wasting our time and failing to keep to an appointment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of Dormehl Property Group to treat people this way.
