Terrible group for managing residential properties

Terrible group for managing residential properties. They failed to send basic monthly statements for payment collection to residents and then incorrectly sent summons letters to residents as their first communication to those residents who had no idea what payments were due caused by this oversight. This lead to confusion and caused severe relationship damage w/ residents given the legal threat and tone of the summons letter. I would not recommend Dormehl Phalane if you are hoping to have a long-term and cooperating relationship with your property residents. They are yet to correct this error.
