Rental refund

Recently rented a unit in Amanzimtoti under Dhomerl Phalane in Glenwood. Rental lease was for six months , and I had occupied the unit in June. In September I received an instruction to evict by end November because the unit was sold which I was aware of. I moved out of the unit on the 30th November unit cleaned, and keys handed over as owner wanted to move their stuff in by the 1st December 2019. I have called on numerous time querying my deposit and have been told sent from pillar to post. Communication through Avril Rose a Mr Arnold all promising the refund and nothing happening. Highly disappointed of the unprofessional manner in which this handled.
