Rental Deposit not paid back

My name is Goodwill Hlabangane, was renting property at Noordsig Pretoria North at unit 14 from March 2015 to August 2015. I made and serve two months notice before I could leave the units at it was required by the contract. however today is 02 November 2015, have not received back my deposit that I made. I have contacted the administrator at the agency office and the number is just ringing when dialled. The administrator promised to pay back the money around as soon the recon was performed. this is the third month since I put notice surely reconciliation should have been completed by now. I have contact the manager (Willie Wilson) responsible for Pretoria office and has informed me that they are now working at different office and did not provide me with reason why the office in PTA north is closed and when asked about the deposit not been paid he said he will try to make payment before two to three. this is unacceptable. <br> <br> The PTA north office manager is Willie Wolson and Admin officer is Annalize Janse van Rensburg<br> <br> my email address: [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
