Property group dormehl and phalani

We purchased our first home and I was greatly upset by the response from this particular property group .... It's like they where there mostly for the seller . We were very gracious when it came to allow the previous owner to rent one month off our property . When we finally got to see our house it was a mess the pool wasn't clean the house it self looked in a terrible condition . There where so many things left out of the sales agreement that were faults in this house . When I got a building assessment he even said there is water that's standing under our house that's why our new tiles will crack due to pressure . The geyser water gets cold after one person showers for 20min . And the shower door is upside down which makes the water come out . Leaving a incident for someone to slip. The aircons don't work properly under heat . The gate motor wasn't working the first time I reviewed the home and they verbally said they will fix it ... Before this incident there where moulds on the wall and a wall collapsed and they left the yard in a condition that snakes and rats came in .... The previous owner did sort out those things but also forgot to mention what else was wrong . And from my legal perspective this is beech of contract . I am very unhappy with the outcome from this pathetic property group . Especially the agent called Craig .
