Professional agency doesn't give back your deposit.

<p>I was renting from Dormehl property group for 2.5 Years in which i kept the property spotless. The inspection was done on the 29th of October 2016 and I was informed they are incredibly satisfied with the property and i will receive my deposit back the next week. since then I have been calling and mailing them regularly but to no avail. more than a month has past and still i haven't received my deposit back. It is utterly poor for a agency to handle a customer which has always paid his rent early like this.</p>
