Payments

I am currently renting out my property via Dormehl Pennington. An Ekhwesi electricity meter was purchased from them which only allows for vouchers to be purchased from Dormehl. My tenant is continuously purchasing these vouchers from them and I am constantly having difficulty with Dormehl making the monthly payments to me. Every month I have to remind them on numerous occasions to make payment, however, this is always a struggle. Payments are always delayed by a month or two after me having to continuously pester them and they are still two months behind on payments.

This is an extremely poor reflection on the Dormehl Property Group as it indicates low competency levels and poor management of cash flows!
