PASSING THE BUCK, UNPROFESSIONALISM, NO AND THEFT

I leased my property with Dormehl Property Group on the 1st of February this year, they placed a tenant on my property as at the 1st of this month.<br> <br> Till today Dormehl Properties have not paid over the rent and deposit money into my bank account,the agent who I have been dealing is Nosipho Makhaye and all she has been doing is promising that the funds will be in my bank account the in 3 days , then she says the next day and now she is not returning my calls or responding to my messages.<br> <br> I phoned Dormehl Properties Head Office and they just gave me the CEO's number and advised that he is however in meetings all day.<br> <br> This company is *****ing from me , they have no set structure to escalate issues, their employees do not know what they are doing, everyone I speak to passes the buck and no one is willing to assist me .<br> <br> I need someone to save me from this bad experience and come back to me with a solution and pay me my money.<br> <br> I have never seen such poor service, lack of care and unprofessionalism.<br> <br> Someone out there please assist me.<br> <br> <br>
