lack of communication

I recently bought a flat via this agent and all i can say is i got the poorest service. The was proper hand over from them and i had to fetch the key from the previous tenant that left it with the securities at the gate. I was told that they are on vacation and they will open on Jan 2021. This was on the 30th of December 2020. Till to date i'm just wondering if they still on vacation. I was not given my parking location cause when i ask the Security or Body corporation, I was told that my agent was suppose to locate me. I told them you referring me to the wrong people cause their communication skill is very poor. to cut the long story short, my agent from "Dormehl" told me that the rental Pros have a tenant in the unit and their agent needs to do an outgoing inspection not them. Up to date non of all these things where arranged. cause even the tenant told me that their agent didn't care and they moved before time
