Horrible service from Wayde and Dylan

Horrible service from Wayde and Principle Dylan ,these are the issues I experienced with them 1. They told me there was more offers to get me to push my offer up ( I accepted this as most agents do this)

2. Provided me with the wrong values for rates and taxes and levies

3. Told me that the offer was submitted to the owner to sign only to find out that he was lying no offer was sent to the owner and he was buying more time to try and get higher offers

4. Promised me and assured me that the place would be painted and all wall cracks repaired , that a quote was generated and accepted by the previous tenant , he then gave me the keys and stopped taking my calls , I called dylan who said it was not true and i need to pay for repairs myself

5. I received a bill from the state and city of Joberg for outstanding fees , Wyde is not taking my calls to fix this

6. When I told him he needs to keep me in the loop as to what is going on with the property transfer I was told it's not his job to do that and he knows what he is doing

7. I was absolutely shocked at how rude Dylan and Wayde are

You have to chase them for feedback , they dont respond to mails , phone calls or text messages
