Horrible service

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. They are so *********** and feed you lies. They don’t care about the service they deliver, as long as they get their money from the Landlord. 1. I worked so hard to get a signed copy of the lease agreement FOR WEEKS. I had to go as far as calling the branch manager before they sent me the lease agreement. They made me sign a lease agreement but didn’t care to let the landlord sign because they had already gotten their money.

2. I was meant to move out on the 30th of May but the agent told me to move out on the 15th and I’d get my rent back(pro rata) which was a LIE just to get the new tenant to move in. The landlord is now ignoring my calls and emails. They say they can’t help me with anything because the landlord is the one who’s suppose to pay the money, however, I didn’t make an arrangement with the landlord. They made this arrangement! I was happy to move out on the 30th. The landlord basically got rent from 2 people in May and they allowed it. How did they sign a new lease on top of another one? They act like they’re nice, the lady who helped me has such a soft voice and will act like she’s nice but she basically **** to get the new tenant to move in. I wouldn’t recommend working with these people with all my soul. I’ve never been so frustrated and I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

They can keep that R5000 but I hope this can help someone whose looking for a rental company. I definitely wish I had come here to read the reviews before signing anything with them.
