Horrible Agent Service

I reached out to Dylan regarding a property listing and possible viewing, he told me to send a WhatsApp message to arrange. After several follow-ups with no response, I finally called, a few days later, only to be met with rudeness. He questioned if I submitted my email address, despite not asking for it earlier, and told me viewings are only scheduled after approval—something he failed to communicate upfront. No courtesy, no professionalism, and definitely not a people-first approach. Sadly, the negative reviews I’ve now seen are no surprise.
