BIlled for previous owner

<p>Worst estate agency, they refused to stand for the buyers and only help the seller. I lost 10,000 on my interest of my investment i was using for a deposit as i had to release the invest earlier than the contract signed stated. Now i get billed for an elictricity account of the previous owners and they refuse to help simply stating i should have the documents to proof its not my debt, however i was not given this document and they refuse to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy a house through them again.</p>
