Agent to attorney to service provider worse service ever.Lack of communication

Worst service. I bought a property through pinetown branch .The inspection with the agent was not done. We were told the oven works but the prepaid electricity was empty but that the inspection will make sure it works. The gas stove is not working either . We get the running around from agent to attorney to service provider .From end of June we took early occupation till we have it registered on our name we still have no working stove or oven .
