Dormehl phalane head office incompetence

<div>I have not been refunded my deposit on a house I rented from Dormehl. An inspection was done before I vacated the property and I had not received any communication regarding any issues with the property..It is 3 months later I had not yet received my deposit of R10207.98.. I had tried to contact the branch regarding this and received no response from them..I had spoken to +++++ at head office and she just refered me back to the branch as she was busy with a conference in kzn. What an unprofessional response..+++++&nbsp; IS REALLY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE.ITS SO SAD THAT A BIG COMPANY SUCH AS DORMEHL PHALANE DOES NOT ENSURE THAT THEIR STAFF ARE PROPERLY TRAINED TO EFFICIENTLY DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ..</div>
