unfair labor practices and syndicate activities

i personally don't have anything positive to say about dormac . i mean you travel home in public transport every young boiler or welder has something negative to say about this company whenever they see dormac tshirt or PPEsomeone approach me with negative words regarding dormacs agencies wich is Dorman used to be Sothey but now it's all friends and inlaws smuggling siblings for jobs my job experience with DORMAC was a disaster not even worth a star on the review . and i wonder why 70% of the locker room has big locks on them .. all those incent people trying to feed there family was sabotage of their jobs due to super vision and unfair selfish people not going to name and shame but i don't think the top management is knowing about this but it's the virus in the company thats why dormacs project manager not also going to name and shame but wow he's very trigger happy just wanna chase and fire people even tho you just started even tho u just signed a contract 5mins ago also the people that record you while you take a shower . and they should send a health inspector the canteen is a rat nest just a horrible place to work . supervisor should take his daughter to rehab because u cant let people stay at home because your son inlaw needs a job also to find that they have cocaine habits but drug tests at dormac is only said not done . people *****ing blaming the casuals if you request a video clip then you'll be posting a review .. deduction of tax i don't want to mention how can you contribute + - R1000 pw but when you go to SARS there's no tax return whatever syndicate is going on at dormac . people should know CCMA dispute just disappear . also did a review on google but that review is only visible to myself
