Service levels are dropping.

The association had great drivers until now, especially those that drive to Johannesburg. They don't care about the passenger's feelings, e.g. if a driver doesn't want to take you to your destination, they will just give you R5 and tell you to go to another taxi without communicating with the other driver for that R5. Then you, the passenger, end up adding R4 to the R5 that the other driver demands from you or just get off the taxi. Braamfischerville Phase 3 & 4 residents are victims of this.
