Walk in Clients left to wait for hours.

Walking in clients get left to wait for hours before getting help. If they can’t help walk-in’s as we walk in why do they accept walk in clients We want to get things in order but can’t wait 3 months for an appointment. Really. Outsourcing services Staff are to relaxed waiting for the next client with appointment and don’t help those with no appointments. We walked in just before 8:30 and 11:14 and still waiting!!

Really. Management must please sort this out!!
