Poor overall service

No on received me or my baby on his first day of school, had to just hand him over to a teacher I don't know and leave. They didn't even do the effort to arrange a time to meet us on the first day to settle him in and find out all the details of my son's daily care routine as he has reflux. Upon collection in the afternoons the teacher could never provide details regarding his day (nappies, feeding, sleep times etc.) thus there is no complete handover between teachers. On the second day he was injured with a gash under his eye that turned blue, the story of how it happend is still unclear and no indecent report for was completed that we know of for record. The babies and 1-2 year old children are all in the same class, so individual attention to the babies are limited. We weren't happy with the food given (Purity porridge and purity purees) as my son was already on solid textured food so I even packed his own food. Overall communication to the principal is very limited as emails don't get answered, or have long waiting periods for feedback.
