bad attitude of staff

I was booked into the doreal hotel on Friday 29 January 2016 and checked out on Sunday.<br> <br> My stay with you guys was an absolutely nightmare.<br> <br> My toilet was not flushing properly.<br> The fridge was not working.<br> your front guy by the name of Rex was an nightmare to deal with.<br> On Thursday i asked Rex if i could be upgraded to the fifth floor so he said he can't help me but will get Kenilwe to call me which i never got a call from.<br> (even that day he was so rude that i started my stay being upset with Rex attitude.<br> <br> I went to reception on numerous occasions asking a technician to have a look at the toilet and Happy the front lady said she did report it but to no avail.<br> <br> The other problem i had was on Saturday around 1:30 in the morning there was some kids on the same floor with me started running up and down and screaming so i phoned front desk to ask them to keep quite because we wanted to sleep and once again i had to speak to Rex and he said their parents have gone to gamble and nothing can be done about it and so the noise continued so i phoned him again to ask security to come up to sort it out and only about an hour later the kids was quite.<br> <br> i always stay with you
