Dishonesty

Hi, I took my wife out for dinner for her birthday on the 20-05-2015 and was not satisfied with the service we received. We arrived at 20:35 and ordered our food with a drink. At 20:50 we tried to order another drink and were refused. We were told that they close at 20:45. Their operating hours specify 11:00 to 21:00. The manager did not even have the audacity to speak to us, he just sent the waiter every time. The food I ordered was also incorrect and it was just left at that. I did not want to make a seen due to it being my wife's birthday. We are very disappointed with the service. They sure know how to spoil a birthday dinner.
