Wishing for a positive change at Dora Nginza

I am not sure whether it's because of the shortage of staff or something else but the service at Dora Nginza Hospital is unpleasant and disheartening. We got to the hospital's casualty division at 17:00 of yesterday, the 2021-05-06, it's now 08:31 and I am still here. It's really sad to note that those with no medical aid or insurance will experience double suffering from the pains that drove them to the emergency as well as the unpleasant service from what we saw as hope. I have never felt so helpless......
