Pathetic State Hospital service

My wife gave birth at Dora Nginza Hospital which was the worse experience she ever had.I understand that we in the midst of Covid but this is no excuse for the level of service they offer at that hospital.This is one of the oldest hospitals in Port Elizabeth and I really expected more from this State hospital.Is this a question of lack of funds,lack of trained staff or is it because its a state hospital the service you render should not matter.I see doctors that own expensive vehicles so it clearly shows that our "State Doctors" are getting paid reasonably well.Thanks for all that you have done for my wife while she was there but it was absolute Hell.
