How bad can it get?
I have never thought nor experienced the worst service than the one of the Dora Nginza Hospital Casualty Unit. No wonder lots die while they're already under their care. When people fear for death and run to those that know better it gives them hope but the worst fear people feel is running to Dora Nginza Hospital. My sister is struggling with shortness of breath. We take her to our local clinic on the 23rd Nov 2017 at around 11am. At around 15:00 they call for the ambulance to take her to Dr Blaauw in Dora Nginza Hosp. At 16:30 my calls saying the sisters are going home, the ambulance didn't pitch and now we have to find other alternatives on how to get to the Hosp. I pick them up, take them to the Hosp. At around 5pm we arrive and find out there's only 2 people await at the queue. I leave and come back 18:45. My brother tells me they only checked for the blood pressure and then prepared to change shift. 21:00 I went back again, my sister being on the third of the queue, no1 has seen her. At 06:23 my brother calls telling me the night shift crew came to see her at around 01:00 and now they sent her to the P.O.C Unit where she will wait for a doctor to see her. And now it's after 7am and I believe the crew we saw first when we came in is on duty now and the patient they left there is still waiting to be serviced. How bad can it get?
