Zero service and poor management
Service very slow - took 20 minutes to get a cappuccino before meal<br> Ordered 350g Rump - full of sinews - 30-40 percent of meat was inedible<br> Called manager and showed him inedible meat - he said { I will contact my supplier and complain about the quality of the meat\<br> He did not offer a refund or another piece of meat - Poor show - Wont return to any of their other branches either"

This is very disheartening to receive Stan - not because we made a mistake but because we compounded that mistake with poor management and communication.
We could not be more apologetic that the service was so ridiculously slow or that the quality of our product was most certainly not up to standard.
I will personally be having a word with our Group Executive Chef to ensure the matter of suppliers is resolved and quality control measures are stepped up.
I will also be contacting the store directly to ensure that our customers are treated as a priority and that our service levels are a main focus going forward.
