Very Bad Service

<p>We was seated and had to wait 10 minutes for a waiter to assist us. Once Isabel brought the menus we had to wait another few minutes for drinks. She brought the drink and spilled and didn't bring the milk as requested. We had to wait for the milk. Once we wanted to order the waitress was now to find. Once she come to the table she couldn't understand our order of a Mozerrella Focacia. We waited longer then 30 minuted for our food. She didn't even bring the cutlery on a plate as well as the garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese. She didn't even bring extra plates or the slices of bread they normally bring. Once we requested plates, she brought dirty plated. She served the table next to use with enough plate and cutlery on a plate. The previous week we had excellent services and food unlike now. Extremely disappointed in Doppio Zero. We tried to call the manager by with no luck. Was on the 6 November 2016</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
