Unpleasant Service

I visited Doppio Zero Mall Of Africa on 15th May 2021. i believe the restaurant was opened or rather launched Tuesday 5th May. Upon my arrival, no waiter or waitress was there i had to even greet one myself as he was passing by. I was then seated as menus were given to me. i ordered a drink and i waited quite some time for it to arrive. i was even confused now who was serving me and the gentlemen who were serving me prioritized other people as if im not one of the customers. as my drink arrived it was opened for me then the guy just walked off and said he will be back shortly. I poured the drink myself and was ready to order but no one came to check in. Another Gentleman came and took my order, i was irritated and eventually asked for it to be a takeaway so that i can leave. my order arrived and i paid it off. i am opening what i ordered which was the Doppio Chicken Livers, as i open the container, they are burnt, bitter and chard. Doppio is one of my favorite dine in spots and usually the service is exceptional until today.
