Unpleasant Birthday Lunch

<p>We took a chance on Sunday to treat our family for my birthday and have lunch at the new Doppio Zero in Clearwater mall. The family did not have much time on hands and had to leave for Bloemfontein again. Unfortunately the experience was far from what we expected due to an inexperienced waiter for a table of 10 people. We had to ask more than 3 times for bread, was served the incorrect food if at all and received it at different times over a period of 2 hours. Me being the birthday girl did not receive my food at all after 2 hours and decided to just pay the bill for what we had. How dissapointing when the manager tried to salvage my day by giving me a piece of cake for the trouble!!!! How about just delivering on what we paid for and not spoil my whole day?</p>
