Terrible service

Absolutely shocking service. Hubby and I on a date night love Doppio Zero and always go the extra distance to cradlestone mall as this Doppio is the best. They are currently under renovation so we decided to go to the Clearwater Mall Doppio. What a disappointment. We sat at the table they guided us to for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist us with a menu and at least take a drinks order. Nothing!!! On the way out we told the manager and she was also just so nonchalant about it. If they were busy, I would understand but there was only about 5 tables with patrons. Seriously the lack of service, and the couldn't care less attitude from management will not see us going back there anytime soon. Perhaps cradlestone staff can give Clearwater staff some customer service training.
