Terrible Service

<p>I have been to the Doppio Zero in Centurion many times with a business colleague. The food and service is simply brilliant. I wanted to spoil my Wife and Children on Sunday morning and decided to take them to the Silverlakes Doppio Zero. (It is closer to my residence.) We arrived and liked the place immediately, the decor and friendly staff made a good impression. We got seated and ordered our drinks, which was delivered promptly. We then ordered our food. Both my children ordered Omelettes and in both cases they saifd they don't want cheese (we are really allergic to caseine which is a milk proteine.) My wife and I placed our orders and my wife ordered a omelette with cheese. My wife said she think we confused the waitress, as she did not look very sure of herself. She also did not have a booklet to log the orders. She also did not repeat the orders and did not check if she understood them. The orders then came and my son's had cheese in. I said sorry he cannot eat that, as it will make him ill. The waitress then took the meal away, apologised, and brought him another. When we finished eating, we had to go search for a waiter after quite some time, to get the bill and pay. The lady bedind the till was useless as well and that is being nice. I feel that the food was excellent, it is a really nice restaurant in a upmarket area. The pricing is really fair, I gave the waitress a 10% tip, which in my world means you did your job. I give up to 20% and easliy give 15% maybe you should tell your waiters that as well. The service really does not fit the rest of the experience.</p>
