Terrible food

We ordered a a pasta dish and a "Naked Hippie" burger. It was terrible!!!! The order took about 2 hours to arrive. The driver explained it was the previous order that took time, and he delivered it first. With the result that our meal was ice cold when we received it. Back to the burger. Understanding that it is a take away, but the presentation was terrible, the chips was undercooked and oily. "The naked Hippie" now in hind sight is a bunless burger, but it's misrepresented on the menu. We did phone the restaurant to complain, and we were very rudely told that it is indeed a bunless burger, no apology, nothing?! We will definitely not order nor go sit down at this restaurant ever again, nor recommend it to anyone.
