Stale cake\poor,slow service.

Was at Doppio Zero Greenside,Gauteng on 02/06/24 for a late lunch, for 2 people,our pizzas' were great,however on our way out we decided to get 2 slices of cake,1 carrot and the other a custard of sorts(sponge with coconut flakes). The Carrot slice was good however the Custard slice was stale. Also the service was slow and the waitress\waiter (served by to different staff)did not return to the table after serving the meals,had to summon for service and order my beer,which took another 10/12 mins.Tks.
