So disappointed with the service from Doppio Zero at Clearwater mall
My food took forever to come, everyone on the table already finished their food and only then did my food arrive, but it was cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen to reheated. But never was there an apology from Joyce, our waitress, or any other waiters that helped on our table either. Terrible service and then I get funny looks because I said my food was ice cold and had to be sent back? Good stuff guys.
This is truly not the Doppio ethos at all Gerhard and we are supremely apologetic that you experience cold food and unacceptable service.
