Rude waitors
This restaurant is very excellent and their service is brilliant.However some of their very unpolite and rude waitors can ruin their the restaurant's reputation if they are not careful.Kindly ensure that you attend to such rude waitors!!

Thank you for the feedback. We are humbly apologetic that your otherwise lovely experiences are being ruined by waiters who are rude and unhelpful. We will not allow our staff to ruin our brand ethos when they are supposed to be upholding it.
Please advise which restaurant you are referring to so we may deal with these staff members as a matter of urgency.
