Rats & wrong Dishes
On the 2015-11-08 my family and i have decided to celebrate my Dads birthday by taking him out for supper to the reputable \Doppio Zero Rosebank". Upon arrival we were seated inside where one of my family members noticed something run up the wall which appeared to be a rat! We questioned the owner David who apologised and said that the cause was a nearby bush as well as surrounding renovations which attracted these rats"

We can completely understand your serious frustration with the incidents that transpired at our Rosebank branch recently...
We are working closely with Mall management to ensure they sort out the pest issues and we are doing absolutely everything in our power to ensure the problem is addressed by our pest control company.
With regards to the serious mistake in the kitchen - we are humbly apologetic. These kinds of mistakes are unacceptable and we never want to offend our customers with their personal choices for any reason.
Service is a passion of ours and we will work hard to up the standard to a greater level to prevent any further issues in the future.
