Poor service for take aways

Doppio-Zero Pineslopes. 15 Mins ago I ordered a T-Bone steak and a Carrot cake (take away) Requirements for the steak (Medium) A carrot cake is a carrot cake. Upon arriving home, the steak is well done and dry as they come, I open the carrot cake only to find out it's red-velvet.

I've eaten inside, none of this poor service is experienced when I sit down and eat, however, the moment it's a take away I receive the worst service. This is not the first time.
