Poor service and food quality is underwhelming

I came to the Doppio Zero in Bassonia for lunch. I stood by the door for about two minutes and eventually decided to walk-in and be seated. As expected, I was unattended for about five minutes and eventually waiter came to take my drinks order; which took 10 minutes. I tried ordering lasagne, I was told it’s out of stock; I then called for oxtail which I was told was also out of stock; placed another order only to be told oxtail is in fact available. The food was blend. I did not enjoy it at all. I don’t recommend.
