Poor service

Good day

On 13 ,May was my birthday, I went to Doppio Zero in blue hills to spoil myself, I order myself R215 oxtails, the service was poor they gave me oxtail putting too much cravy water it was like stew meat was not fresh even chips there was not taste in food, when I ask them they told me is what I order, after I eat the food I have running stomach for 3 days. I was with my Mom on that day. And on 24 April I was hosting baby shower there I left my bowl there when I go back a Manager protect them he told me that their staff they can't take my bowl without asking anyone. The service there is very poor they spoil my birthday with food they didn't apologize, I have to order again a good because the first one I didn't enjoyed. Please next time they must sure customer are always happy.
