Nonsense service

Went for a dinner at Doppio Zero in Cradlestone with my family on 02/07/2019. We got there and ordered starters which took forever to arrive. The waiter Vusi then neglected us for the rest of the night. When we wanted to order a milkshake again.. We had to order from the manager Vicky cause the waiter was nowhere to be found. Another relative then came to join us after starters, and we asked another waitress (Pearl) for a menu.. She dropped it on our table and then gave us an attitude and made a remark along the lines of " you said you wanted a menu Mos?! “.. Our original waiter still nowhere to be found. We ended up settling the bill without ordering main and asked to speak to the 3 parties involved which led nowhere. Vicky and Vusi seemed to understand but Pearl took a while to drop the attitude. I'm far from impressed! It was a Tuesday night and the place was not that busy. Absolutely no reason why we received the nonsense service that we did.
