Never ever go to Doppio Zero Sandton

I will never buy food from Doppio Zero Sandton again!!!

I ordered two rumps steaks, one well done and one medium to well from OrderIn.

It took over an hour to arrive. When it arrived we got two raw, soggy, disgusting, pathetic rump steaks with no chips or vegetables which is supposed to come with the order.

After calling the manager, her name is Charlotte, we got the most rude response- “no there’s nothing we can do about the steaks that’s just how it is and I’ll just send those sides which will take ten minutes”. Well it’s an hour and nothing yet.

Doppio Zero needs to take responsibility for sending two completely raw, soggy, gross steaks that weren’t even cooked and then the rest of the meal is missing! I am livid! I did not spend that money for terrible service and horrific so called ‘food’.

I spend money going to and taking family and clients to Doppio zero at least two to three times a week excluding dinners, at several branches. Doppio Zero Sandton needs to fix this I am appalled!!!!!!!!!
