Monday Dinner Plans Ruined

Had a dinner date with my wife - who has not experienced Doppio Zero before. Waited for what seemed liked ages for anyone to take our order. We left the restaurant not because of the wait, because of being ignored for entire 30 minutes. Management was nowhere to be seen.
